Administrative Management of all ongoing projects and Project Team for the company in the Environmental industry. Implement procedures. Quality Control. Management reporting.

THIS POSITION IS OPEN  ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO OR PERSONS WHO ARE IN POSSESSION OF AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY AND WHO ARE PRESENTLY LIVING IN TRINIDAD.


REMUNERATION: $7,500.00


REQUIREMENTS:

FIRST DEGREE AND POST GRAD PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION.

2 to 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION, PREFERABLY IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRY.

PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.

DUTIES.

MANAGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM.

PREPARATION OF QUOTATIONS, VALUATIONS AND MAINTAIN GOOD CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

ENSURE HSE AND ALL QUALITY STANDARDS ON PROJECTS, INCLUDING COMPANY EQUIPMENT.

PREPARE AND ENFORCE PROJECT SCHEDULING.  REVIEW ALL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

EXPEDITE DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMER.

COORDINATE WITH ACCOUNTS FOR PREPARATION AND RECONCILIATION OF MONTHLY BILLINGS.

KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS AND SUBMIT ACCURATE REPORTS TO MANAGEMENT ON ALL PROJECTS ON A TIMELY BASIS.

PURCHASING AND ENSURING AVAILABILITY OF MATERIAL FOR ALL PROJECTS.

ANY OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE PROJECTS DEPARTMENT,
