The candidate will be responsible for the full administrative and operational oversight on your assigned cluster. This position holds the primary operational responsibility of ensuring that all sales targets, food costs, labor costs and audit related targets are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES:
1.Consistently meets and exceeds all forecasted sales targets for each store within the designated cluster
2.Initiate and manage different sales incentives based on market research within the designated cluster
3.Present sales, revenue and expenses and all other required reports to the executive team within designated timelines, with 100% accuracy
4.Identify emerging markets for opportunities, and market shifts/ trends within the geographical locations assigned, while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the designated cluster, and present such findings to the executive directors within designated timelines with 100% accuracy
5.Management of the sales teams in store and ensure that all employees within the cluster are aware of their targets, motivating the store to increase revenue each quarter
6.Stays abreast and actively involved with all external events, community events and cultural events in the Country and communities in which the cluster of stores are allocated, and initiates involvement and campaigns alongside marketing and the necessary departments to ensure that the brand keeps positive and upward market trends
7.Present proactive solutions and recommendations to the executive management team on strategies to improve the sales mix for the cluster, inclusive of promotionideas, changing of shifts and opening and closing hours with the aim of increased revenue
8.
Ensure that labour costs for each store are kept within the maximum labour cost as determined by the sales mix presented by the finance department on a monthly basis, and on each store visit, with 100% accuracy

HUMAN RESOURCES:
1.Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, performance management and reward and recognition of all stores within the cluster and work with Human Resources for approvals and guidance as required
2.Ensure that all staff scheduled for ‘off-site’ training and meetings are informed according the official correspondence sent from HR and keep HR and the employee aware of any changes or challenges in real time
3.Rosters –Meet required deadline for the submission of all weekly rosters, and ensuring that staff individual rosters are communicated to them in advance of the start of upcoming ‘rostered’ week
4.Manage the general culture and morale of each store within the cluster, ensuring that staff needs are met and morale is consistently measured and managed in line with the HR Departments guidance and input
5.Champion all Company policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence, with 100% accuracy
6.Training and development of all staff on products, product quality, limited time offers (LTO’s as launched), safety and hygiene standards, customer service, product preparation, speed of service and steps of service; to be done on a daily basis with 100% accuracy
7.Ensure full compliance to the designated training plans submitted by the HR department, for all new hires and keeping abreast with changes made for employees from HR; inform HR of any changes or new developments made regarding the training plan for new hires within designated timelines with 100% accuracy
8.Ensure that all timesheets submitted to the HR Department includes relevant notes, which includes but is not limited to ‘NLE status’ maternity leave, vacation leave (which should be supported by an approved leave form) injury leave or any other relevant notation regarding leave and work status
9.Oversee the training provided to new hires by supervisory staff and ensure that assessments are being done based on procedure and approved processes
10.Ensure that the dress code and grooming standards are met by all staff
11.Ensure that all timesheets are submitted to the human resource department by 10AM, each Monday of a fortnight ending, with 100% accuracy
12.Ensure that all timesheets are representative of overtime worked for each employee within the designated cluster, clearly outlining the stores in which the overtime was worked along with the rate of overtime with 100% accuracy
13.Ensure that all disciplinary matters are managed in keeping with the disciplinary procedure in place at the Company, escalating all matters that require suspension or termination to the HR Department within 7 days of the matter arising, with 100% accuracy
14.Ensure that all new hires for stores within the designated cluster are met within the first 72 hours of the hire being placed at the store
15.Ensure that all end of training assessments is completed within the designated timelines, with 100% accuracy
16.Ensure that all end of probationary assessments is completed at least one week prior to the required date, with 100% accuracy


CUSTOMER SERVICE
1.Build and promote strong customer and lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs in a changing environment
2.Ensure that all staff are trained in store, each week on the steps of service and the value of good customer service, by conducting a weekly ‘food box talks’ or ‘hudles’ with all staff at each store. Ensure that the form for each discussion is completed and emailed to the operations manager upon completion of the process
3.Ensure that all customer complaints are closed within 24 hours of receipt of complaint with 100% accuracy
4.Ensure that all stores are equipped with all products and raw materials to serve all customers’ needs on a daily basis, with 100% accuracy
5.Oversee the product quality and speed of service at each store, achieving consistently, high customer service reviews for each store
6.Consistently works to provide and maintain excellent customer service to customers and innovative guest experiences


AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE
1.Implementing operating policies and ensuring compliance to mechanisms to keep food cost, beverage cost, labour cost and other operational costs (e.g., telephone expenses) within budgeted expectations
2.Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and injury report forms are completed immediately, where injuries occur, with 100% accuracy
3.Ensure that all food and safety handling procedures are followed, special attention being paid to the renewal of food badges as required
4.Ensure that all orders being placed using the Company’s systems are done in accordance with best practices, and minimal wastage is evident
5.Ensure that all employee deduction forms are signed by the employee that faces the deduction for the cashier/stock shortage and submit all supporting documents to audit within designated timelines with 100% accuracy
6.Ensure that all stores are prepared for audits, by managing the rotation of stock, keeping excellent hygiene in stores, and ensuring that all books are in order and ready for review, with 100% accuracy
7.Ensure that all allergen listings are updated within 24 hours of the introduction of a new product, with 100% accuracy
8.Analyse all sales books within each store, to ensure that all figures are in balanced, and investigate and close all sales discrepancies within 72 hours of its occurrence, with 100% accuracy.
9.The effective control of all Company assets located at the restaurant especially cash and stocks but not limited to small wares, cutlery, stationary etc.
10.Assist with the opening and closing of stores, in the instances that staff are not available to ensure that there is business continuity at all times
11.Ensure that receiving, storing and stock rotation is done in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
12.Checking dry, cold storage and heating equipment so as to ensure that temperatures are consistent with Company and public health requirements. 10. Conducting staff meetings on a regular monthly basis
13.Ensure consistent review of, and keep abreast with all information provided by the HRIS (human resource information system, example webhr etc.) in place at the Company

GENERAL DUTIES
1.Responsiveness to all calls and emails regarding operations of the cluster of stores on a 24-hour basis
2.Ensure that the Brand Manager/ Executive Directors are made aware of any significant matters occurring within the stores, specifically relating to theft, robbery or any other matter as deemed necessary with immediate effect with 100% accuracy
3.Visit all stores within each cluster on a daily/ weekly basis, meeting all deliverables as listed herein, with 100% accuracy
4.Ensure presence at all management meetings, staff meetings or board meetings as required
5.Accurately forecasting and ordering stock for the restaurant in accordance with Company procedures and policies.
6.Any other related duties assigned to you.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1.Must have at least 5 years Management experience, F&B Management experience would be considered an asset
2.5 CXC passes, math and English are mandatory
3.Advanced Diploma, BA or MSC in business management or social science is required
4.Emotionally Intelligent
5.Articulate and excellent communication skills
6.Detail oriented
7.Aware of labour laws in T&T
8.Microsoft Office Proficiency
