Wireless Engineer

Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM/3G/WIMAX/LTE network equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the planning and design, network analysis, engineering preparation, integration and verification, and network maintenance of wireless NEs, networks, and systems. Be responsible for project implementation, communication with customers, and successful project delivery.
• Provide pre-sales support for wireless network devices such as GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/SMALL CELL/Wireless OSS, including customer requirement survey and solution preparation.
• Network design, delivery solution preparation, and implementation of wireless network devices such as GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/SMALL CELL/Wireless OSS.
• Manage, resolve, and promote internal technical issues in a unified manner.Communicate with the customer at the technical level and work with the customer's technical contact person.

Job Responsibility is not exclusive and you may be required to carry out other job related activities as assigned.

Education and Certification requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or above  qualification in Telecommunications / IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or other related technical discipline.  
• one year or more telecommunication experience, familiar with telecommunication principles, and experience in product delivery, R&D, or testing in a single GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/SMALL CELL/ WIRELESS OSS domain is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience will be preferred but is not required in BSS/RAN.
• one year or more communication experience, familiar with communication principles, and experience in product delivery, R&D, or testing in a single GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/SMALL CELL/ WIRELESS OSS domain is preferred.

• Familiar with wireless project delivery. Those who have participated in and led the delivery of key wireless projects are preferred.

• Have good understanding, communication, and strong service awareness, be able to deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, and be able to effectively manage customer expectations.

• Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, in a cross-functional team.

• Good English ability and can be used as a daily working language.

• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paste working environment.
• Flexibility to be able to travel.
