The 3PL Operations Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing various reports and will make recommendations to improve 3PL operational efficiencies.

The Role

  • Liaise with 3PL partners, acting as the day to day relationship manager between Gildan Operations departments and 3PL locations by scheduling monthly meetings and submitting quarterly evaluations.
  • Monitor contractual obligations vs. operational execution and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Compile the annual budgets for 3PL accounts and evaluate budgetary data against monthly actuals.

  • Review and asses 3PL monthly KPIs.

  • Track 3PL costs and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

  • Support 3PL Operations management in documenting standard operating procedures in GQS format.

What you bring to the role

nowledge & Professional Experience

  • A degree in Business, Economics or Accounting.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a related field.

  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive in resolving any issues encountered.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
