The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the radio station’s network infrastructure on-air and online, ensuring its stability, security, and efficient operation. This role requires expertise in Microsoft server infrastructure, Active Directory, VMware virtual appliances, FortiGate firewall, disaster recovery procedures, Microsoft Dynamics, and SQL Server services.

Requirements

Network Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the radio station’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. Monitor and optimize network performance to meet broadcasting needs.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routers for efficient data routing and network connectivity. Implement security measures and access controls on Cisco routers.
• Collaborate with vendors for firmware updates and hardware maintenance.
• Configure and maintain FortiGate firewall devices to protect the network from security threats. Monitor firewall logs and respond to security incidents promptly.
• Enforce network security policies and best practices. Manage and maintain wireless networks.
•  Maintain VMware Virtual Appliances and Infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Server Infrastructure and Active Directory.
•  Possess in-depth knowledge of Media Touch software and its integration with broadcasting systems. Maintain and update Media Touch software to support content delivery.
• Develop and implement Backup Policies and Disaster Recovery.
• Collaborate with content producers to optimize media management processes.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred.
•  Proven experience in network administration, including expertise in the specified technologies with a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining network integrity and security.
