Warehouse Supervisor

Mother's Enterprises Limited is seeking to identify a suitably qualified individual to join its Factory Operations and Distribution team as Warehouse Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating general stock counts and investigating variances.
• Mobilizing, scheduling, assessing and training Warehouse staff of 40 employees.
• Ensuring that the FIFO system operates with all goods and products.
• Monitoring the receipt of incoming goods and ensuring that the quantity and quality of the incoming goods are accurate and of highest quality.
• Security, safety and storage of raw material, finished and unfinished goods entering and leaving the warehouse. 
• Reviewing records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures to determine adequacy of stock levels.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL

• Tertiary qualification in Supervisory or Operations Management.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a supervisor in a warehousing or similar environment, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Applications.
