EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the employee relations initiatives across the group, with the aim of building a positive and engaged work culture.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

  • Continuously assessing and refining the group’s employee experience framework.
  • Ensuring the company’s employee experience mandate is consistent with its core business values.
  • Assisting with the creation of initiatives to measure and assess employee engagement.
  • Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement employee experience best practices and programmes.
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee experience issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels and revising programmes and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business/ related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a position of responsibility and supervisory duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, counselling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
