Sales Management

• Flooring and Purchase Sales Inventory analysis
• Sell-out and inventory reports collection
• Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
• Anticipating key account changes and improvement
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
• Purchase Order collection
• Logistics and production status sharing
• Customers follow up credit and payments
• Align with Store and Key Account Manager to create customized sales plans for clients       
• Support the introduction of new products on market

POS Management

• Support the negotiation regarding product placement within locations
• Flooring and shop display negotiations
• Monitor in the implementation of displays, POP, etc
• Promotion planning
• Pop planning and execution

Market Sensing

• Awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business
• maintains data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making
• knowledge on the best practices, market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment
• Create promotions plan vs main competitors (pricing / bundle / FSM incentive)

Channel Development

• Research and source new potential clients
• Improve our Channel distributors

• Additional tasks may be requested as required by Samsung Managers
