We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Agent to rebook current customers and boost our customer base via phone, email, and sms. Sales Agents will utilize their sales knowledge to acquire new customers and secure repeat business from current customers.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Agent to rebook current customers and boost our customer base via phone, email, and sms. Sales Agents will utilize their sales knowledge to acquire new customers and secure repeat business from current customers.

 Compensation

• Salary ranges from $910,000JMD - $2,600,000 / Year. depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

• Successful work experience as a sales & marketing associate, assistant, manager, or similar position
• 3-4 Years successful sales expeirence 
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Strong working knowledge of the marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, marketing, and CRM platforms
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Making an average of 30 calls per day to book service appointments for current customers
• Collaborating with the sales manager to develop, and implement sales tactics and strategies that generate leads and increase sales.
• Utilizing sales leads platforms to find verified phone numbers and emails of leads to target in campaigns, and convert into new clients
• Utilizing marketing platforms to create and manage campaigns, communicate with leads, and convert clients
• Utilizing various Office 365 apps to collaborate with internal teams
• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Persuading customers to take feedback surveys and leave positive reviews
• Maintaining client database and tracking sales information.

 Hours (8am - 5pm) at our office. We practice clean/virus-safe standards at the office.
