Corporate Manager, Airport & Guest Transportation

Reporting to the Vice President- Airport & Guest Transportation, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the airport operations, resource utilization, maintenance and guest experience in the transportation department.

Specific requirements/duties of the position include:

• Developing and implementing transportation policies, procedures and standards across all hotels and airport locations.
• Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of airport transfers, guest transportation and other related services.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and reliable transportation services are provided to guests.
• Monitoring transportation costs, budgets expenses and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulations related to airport and guest transportation and making recommendations for improvements.
• Conducting periodic audits of all external service providers and providing formal audit reports.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures for guest registration, check-in and access control to ensure a seamless and secure lounge experience.
• Monitoring guest feedback and reviews related to transportation services and taking appropriate actions to address any concerns or areas for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with guests, airport authorities, transportation vendors and other stakeholders to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and experience:

• Degree in management or any other related field. 
• Experience with Vehicle Fleet Management Application System
• Three (3) years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a large hotel chain or destination management company.
• Valid Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) driver’s licence for trucks, buses, cars and any other vehicles in the company’s fleet.
