Human Resource Officer

This position reports to the IAL Human Resource and Administration Manager and is responsible for various human resource functions.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

This position which reports to the IAL Human Resource and Administration Manager is responsible for various human resource functions, including but is not limited to, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. The incumbent will perform in the capacity of a human resource generalist and will be assigned primarily to our Guapo/Point Lisas facilities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources in a medium sized oilfield service company or similar.

FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent may perform any or all of the following:

• Employee Recruitment, Selection, Placement, and Induction.
• Payroll / Benefits Administration.
• Performance Management.
• Training & Development.
• HR Operations / Administration.
• Industrial relations.

Generalist experience preferred, but candidates specialized in any of the related HR sub-disciplines will also be considered.
