Digital Support Analyst

The Digital Support Analyst (DSA) will be responsible for supporting the Key Accounts and other sales channels regionally with a focus on tailored and effective digital marketing solutions to blue chip & corporate clients within assigned regions. The DSA will be responsible for developing and closing business from new client opportunities and manage existing major customer accounts.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A first degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
  • Three to Five years experience in marketing-related or sales.
  • Certification in digital marketing e.g., IAB, Google, Facebook Blueprint or HubSpot.
  • Must be willing to keep current with industry changes and required certifications.

 SPECIALISED SKILLS, TECHNIQUES/LEARNED DISCIPLINE:

  • Advanced Skills in boardroom and client relationship building for Blue Chip Clients.
  • Experience working with Digital Analytics tools and ability to use data from these tools to create upsell opportunities or to design new campaign ideas for corporate/blue chip clients.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Must be sociable and display strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to analyze, identify and interpret real-time market trends and data.
  • Foster   strong    professional relationships      and   manage    expectations     with customers, vendors, department    leaders, and fellow employees,
  • Ability to work with other department heads to achieve sales targets and department goals
  • Must be independent, capable of multi-tasking and thriving in an environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong ability to respond positively to pressure, prioritize and balance competing requests.
  • In-depth knowledge of current industry digital product strategies and ability to understand and interpret unique client needs on an ad-hoc/customized basis.
  • Proven knowledge of digital landscape and trends.
  • Must be highly skilled in proposal creation & delivery
  • Must be naturally curious
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Must be familiar with programmatic advertising, social advertising, SEO, web design, website analytics, customer funnels and how to gain insights from associated KPIs is a must.
  • Must be able to interpret and understand client analytics dashboards & google analytics conversion tracking.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and the digital media space

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Drive Digital revenue from assigned and prospected leads.
  • Provide frequent activity reports as agreed with the manager
  • Must maintain a monthly pipeline which shows forecasted incoming revenue for each month.
  • Provide feedback to Manager and Products Team with developing digital products or improving offerings
  • Interpret digital advertising campaigns to prove ROI. 
  • Lead brainstorming and client pitch presentations for Blue Chip & Corporate Clients
