  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS

Debt Collection- Recovery Specialist Agents

 

Monday to Friday- No Weekends

                Regular 5 day work week with four 9a-6p shifts, and one 11a-8p shift per week.

 

Hourly Rate $600ja or Jad$24,000.00 per week - Un-Limited Monthly Commissions.

We are looking for self- motivated candidates who are capable of learning and following “scripts”, can speak clearly, think independently, and have basic math skills including working with percentages, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. 

Successful candidates:

  • Should be conversational and easily understood,
  • Will be able to calculate basic percentages (10%, 20%, 25%, 30%) without a calculator and be able to use a calculator for accuracy in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division,
  • Will make and receive a large volume of calls on a daily basis,
  • Will Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to meet our client standards, and
  • Will have basic computer and keyboard knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. HS Diploma with passes in Mathematics and English.
  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to be an active listener with customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  4. Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
