Planning Specialist

-         Knowledge of Government’s framework for development, and research methodologies, principles and techniques.

-         Knowledge or research methodologies, principles and techniques.

-         Strong analytical skills.

-         Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning for the utilities sector.

-         Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences / Economics / Public Sector Management or combination of training and experience.
