WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - KINGSTON

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Operations Manager, the selected candidates will work in conjunction with other senior warehouse personnel to oversee the day to day operations of the Division. In this regard, the incumbent must be capable of performing and/or overseeing the execution of the following duties:

• In-Bound operation: Ensure products are received and made available for sale within the stipulated time- frame.
• Out-Bound operation: Timely and accurate delivery of goods according to company standards
• Support the formulation, implementation, monitoring and assessment of the established strategic goals
• Inventory Management: Solid knowledge of stock control and reconciliation in the retail industry would definitely be an asset
• Development and motivation of the Warehousing Team
• Flexible to work at multiple locations including out of Town when required.
• Available to work extended hours and including weekends when rostered. 

Qualification/Experiences and Competences

• An Associate’s Degree and/or Diploma in Inventory Management or any other related field
• A minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience in a retail environment would be an asset
• Knowledge of AEO Standards
• Proactive and possess effective problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Competent in container management to control internal cost such as (demurrage and storage).
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Possess ability to multi-task and work under adverse pressure and simultaneously produce quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Possess strong leadership skills, must be able to motivate and coach team
