Chemical Engineer

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Determine needs and sell chemicals to leading companies in Jamaica
• Develop sales opportunities by soliciting new accounts and growing current accounts.
• Expand awareness of our chemicals by communicating benefits and uses effectively to customers
• Troubleshoot engineering problems with key personnel
• Provide chemical and technical training to customers
• Deal with customer’s issues and requests promptly and efficiently
• Monitor microbial results

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and sales closing techniques
• Proficient in the use of all areas of Microsoft
• Be willing to work extended hours

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• BSc. Chemical Engineering or BSc in Chemistry
• Have a minimum of 2 year sales experience 
• Possess a reliable motor vehicle
