Sales Representative

An established Distribution Company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic individual who will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to maximise the distribution of Pharmaceutical and Consumer products within an assigned territory. The incumbent must be able to:

  • Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
  • Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling
  • Effectively communicate verbally and written, possess Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Identify, recruit and close new business in assigned territory
  • Engage and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Enhance the image of company brand in the market.
  • Compile and analyze reports.

 Skills / Qualifications

Candidates must possess high energy, be self-motivated, team players, charismatic with strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, result-driven with a positive attitude and zest for excellence to operate and communicate in a fast-paced environment.

  • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
  • Two years experience in sales, marketing or similar environment.
  • Minimum 2 years In field sales and/or marketing experience
  • Proven record of success in direct sales, including a demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Be goal oriented with a positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
  • Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid driver licence.
