As a Sales and Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales and production departments. Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the entire order fulfilment process, from initial customer inquiry to product delivery. Your excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential in achieving customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

 1. Order Management:

   - Receive, review, and process incoming sales orders.

   - Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to clarify order details and requirements.

   - Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.

 2. Production Coordination:

   - Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on production capacity and timelines.

   - Monitor and track production progress to meet delivery deadlines.

   - Address any production issues or delays promptly and effectively.

   -Provide timely production updates to relevant departments.   

 3. Inventory Management:

   - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.

   - Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

 4. Sales Support:

   - Address customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product/service information.

 5. Order Processing:

   - Facilitate the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

   - Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. Sales Data Management and Reporting:

   - Gather and analyse sales data to prepare periodic reports on sales performance and trends.

   - Present sales reports and insights to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.

 7. Reporting and Documentation:

   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules.

   - Prepare reports on production performance as required.

 8. Process Improvement:

   - Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

   - Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements:

- 3 years or more proven work experience as a Sales and Production Coordinator or similar role in sales support/administration.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using computer software.

- Knowledge of sales and production processes and supply chain logistics.

- Positive Attitude

- Ability to collaborate with teams.
