We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Administrative Assistant

 The ideal candidate should possess an Administrative Professional Secretarial Diploma and have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar administrative role. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow

 Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.

2. Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.

3. Prepare and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

4. Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

5. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are well-planned.

6. Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and related expense reports.

7. Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accurate and easily accessible information.

8. Assist in preparing and tracking budgets, expenses, and financial documents.

9. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

10. Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders professionally and courteously.

11. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing computers and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

12. Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

 Requirements:

  1. Administrative Professional Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. A minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in an administrative support role.
  3. Proficient in using computers and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Experience in marketing.
  8. Knowledge of Business Law.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  10. Adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities.
  11. Professional and courteous demeaner with a positive attitude.
  12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
