The Successful candidate will:
Making outbound and/or receive inbound customer telephone calls for the purposes of re-enrolling cancelled energy accounts or correcting existing enrollment errors.
Review previous customer account(s) to understand account history to identify customer needs, resolve issues and provide recommendations
Contact consumers via the telephone to provide them with information on new products and offers for the purpose of enrolling energy accounts.
Follow scripting to handle different topics.
As the Sales Representative you will drive the delivery of excellence in customer experience, advocate for the brand, add value and meet the customers needs and educate them on the benefits of using 100% clean power.
Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly sales target expectations while adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.
Provide feedback that supports the growth and improvement of sales, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
18 years or older
CSEC at least 3 subjects including English A
Prior sales experience within energy or telesales preferable.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work with others.
At least 6 months Sales/Customer Service experience and at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
Strong communication skills, pleasant, fluid and persuasive – ability to anticipate/recognize customer concerns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is extremely outgoing, and is passionate about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment.
