Assistant Accountant - Supplier Reconciliation, ANSA Motors

Job Summary: 

To perform the reconciliations of the Finance Department and to ensure an efficient reporting of the results of these reconciliations. The incumbent will accurately process and analyze financial data, perform reconciliations generate reports on a timely basis.

Job Description:

• Preparation of foreign supplier reconciliation for Ansa Motors Sector and follow up on all queries within two weeks.
• To prepare effective rate of exchange report.
• To assist with any finance related projects as they arise.
• To perform any duties which may be related but not limited to the above as requested by Management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• ACCA level 1 completed. Currently pursuing ACCA level 2 or Finance Degree in Business, Accounting or any other related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with special emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an Accounting environment
• Accuracy in recording, presenting and analyzing data.
• Diligence and attention to details.
• Timeliness in the presentation of any data as requested by the Manager.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks in order of urgency.
• Good organization skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
