Food and Beverage Trainer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and development of all food and beverage (F&B) team members. The focus must be on the overall guest experience as well as ensuring that all F&B team members are technically competent in delivering the Luxury Included® service.

Specific requirements/duties of the position include:

• Analyzing training needs and developing new programmes.
• Planning, organizing and facilitating all technical skills training for new food and beverage hires after orientation.
• Ensuring F&B team members are certified in all relevant health and safety programs.
• Developing and organizing training manuals, multi-media visual aids and other educational material that serve as practical guides for easy assimilation by all F&B team members.
• Developing a succession plan for the development and promotion of F&B team members at all levels.
• Creating and maintaining quality tools to track performance improvement plans for all resort F&B outlets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification. 
• Five-year management experience in fine dining restaurant operations.
• Experience in training and maintaining training programmes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
