Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.


We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!


You’ll be tasked with answering customers' questions. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.


Tasks include:

  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat with our customers

  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager

  • Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Strives for the one-contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for follow-up

  • Foster confident relationships through open and engaging communication

  • Go above and beyond to engage with customers


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service including phone, chat, and email - Experience in the fashion industry or related fields is also a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Attention to detail and empathy

  • Ability to stay calm, collected, and not reactive

  • Proactive and solution-oriented

  • Proactive and solution-oriented

  • Quiet environment- free of distractions and background noise

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously

  • Scheduling flexibility - Able to work a 9 hours shift that may include weekends and public holidays

  • Experience with online platforms (CRMs, Zendesk, Slack)

  • Own a fully-functional laptop

  • Ability to type 40-45 wpm (data entry experience a plus)

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment

  • Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection

  • Intel Core i3/equivalent or better

  • 8GB RAM
