Training Management Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Officer to support the HR Manager with the development and implementation of talent acquisition, development and retention programs.

Job Title:  Training Management Officer

Key Functions & Duties:

• Performance and Management: manage the company’s performance and talent management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Succession Planning: Developing and implementing succession planning programs to ensure that the company has a pipeline of talented team members who can take on key leadership roles in the future.
• Training and Development: Identify skill/knowledge gaps within the company and develop/ implement training and programs to help team members acquire new skills and knowledge to foster career growth and development.
• Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing employee engagement programs to help employees feel valued and supported in their roles, and to foster a positive workplace culture.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Sc. in Education, Human Resource Management, Natural Sciences or another related field.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Power Point).

• Knowledge of Instructional Design and adult learning principles would be an asset.

 Required Skills and Specialised Techniques:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
•  Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development.
