HR Quality Assurance Officer

The HR Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for adhering to established procedures for quality control, through the monitoring and review of HR outputs.

Role Specific Work Processes and Standards:

• Review all outgoing employment contracts to ensure that it accurately reflects the terms and condition of  Client’s Master Contracts and approved templates.
• Review all outgoing department correspondence to ensure that they are in keeping with established standards.
• Daily review of all leave transactions on HR plus, and documentation of non-compliance.
• Periodic review and verification of leave balances.
• Tracking of the Human Resources department non-compliance (All areas).
• Track and report non-compliance arising out of clients’ audits and any other reviews.
• Review of departmental training schedules.
• Review and verify all departmental purchase requisitions and ensure associated purchase orders are completed.
• Monthly review and monitoring of employees’ health and life insurance plan changes, and execution.
• Perform any other related services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Associate Degree in HRM, Auditing or any related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in HR, Auditing and/or similar role.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and auditing principles and concepts as it relates to HR.
