Driver/Delivery Representative-ANTIGUA

This position is responsible for the delivery of products to our customers on a timely basis throughout the length and breadth of Antigua. The role requires that you have a vehicle in good working condition and a valid driver's license.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

1. Ensures Accounts Receivable collections are maintained and are within credit limits approved by managemen
2. Troubleshoot complex customer issues
3. Provide on-site training to customers
4. Move technology from one location to another
5. Make changes or adjustments to existing systems such as performing upgrades
6. Receive customer payments and return for deposit.
7. Create and maintain interdepartmental and vendor relationships
8. Provides feedback to the Country Manager regarding customer concerns
9. Provide customers with product and service information
10. Promote and sell the company’s products and services
11. Works closely with Merchants, Vendors and Distributors to ensure customer satisfaction
