The Security Shift Lead will be responsible for maintaining the safety and physical security of the Apes Hill Golf resort community and its guests, supervising the security team, monitoring security alarms, and conducting investigations when needed.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Assist with the management of the property's physical security system, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and emergency response procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of emergency evacuation procedures and contingency plans.
- Supervise a team of security personnel in their day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure compliance with the local health and safety requirements.
The preferred candidate should possess:
- A Certificate or equivalent qualification in Security Management.
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a security supervisory role. Experience in the luxury hospitality industry or golf resort settings would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) and emergency response procedures.
- A valid Security License.
- A valid Driver’s License.
