Dr Glass Limited is the leading supplier and installer of automotive glass in Jamaica as well as a distributor of flat glass to resellers. We are seeking a results driven individual to improve our systems, accountability and teamwork to ensure our customers have the best experience possible.

 The Role

The Branch Manager would report to the Managing Director and would be responsible for:

• Inspiring our team to deliver measurable results by creating an environment that promotes collaboration and innovation.
• Leading the team by planning, directing and coordinating the activities of all the sales and operational business units.
• Have overall responsibility for Inventory management and control, equipment and facility maintenance, process development and performance management.
• Continually improving work processes and team capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Communicating with Customers and resolving any challenges that may be experienced.
• Assessing all workforce needs and recruiting new team members.
• Identify the training needs of your team and arrange suitable training programs.
• Create and present Monthly Reports to the Managing Director.
• Identify Organizational risk and develop and implement mitigating strategies.
• Manage and ensure accurate cash and credit management.

• Flexible work schedule : 5-6 days per week, Monday to Saturdays

 Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Business Administration or Similar qualification
• Minimum five (5) years management experience leading a team greater than 15 people.
• Proven track record of management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications including word, excel and outlook.
