Core Functions

 

  • Lead and support large cross-functional teams engaged in the implementation of diverse and complex enterprise-wide programmes/projects.
  • Develop and organize programs and initiatives in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, collaborating with Group Technology Division and Business Units
  • Leverage the most appropriate approach to value delivery utilizing agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Hybrid etc.).
  • Define process and product quality metrics and monitor progress through value stream alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop strategies for achieving successful project implementation.
  • Manage programme risks and estimate both budget and human resources needed to fulfil on goals.
  • Establish and plan key milestones to guide the roadmap of detailed activities
  • Manage the programme budget
  • Set-up communication cadence and dynamics with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and identify opportunities to facilitate the creation and development of high performance teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field. Master’s Degree would be an asset.
  • 5-7 years of experience working closely with Architects, Technical Consultants, and Senior Engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
  • Understanding of and experience in building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
  • A minimum of six years’ experience in managing projects; at least 2 years’ experience in managing programmes with specific experience in:

- Data mining and analytics

- Data Platforms, data modelling and data structures for analytics

- Organizational change management

- Optimizing JIRA for programme level reporting

- Strategy implementation

- Programme optimization

- Working with and developing Agile teams

Required Certification

 

  • Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is mandatory
  • Certified Scrum Master is mandatory
  • Programme Management (PMPg) Certification or Advanced Scrum Master Certification would be an asset
