POSITION PURPOSE:

General support to supply chain management and focal point in distribution center. 

QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

• Bachelor’s degree Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Business-related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar role
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Expert in MS Office
• Analytical and organized skills
• Fluency in Spanish would be an asset

 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for physical count (monthly) together with Distribution Center staff and validate differences detected.

-        Report monthly to supply management the data of all inventory inputs, inventory outputs, inventory adjustments, inventory write-offs and/or waste disposal, of products operated by the DC, and of direct deliveries from the supplier to the restaurant.

-        Weekly and monthly control and reporting of inventories on hand, validation of receipts in DC of purchases with purchase order, supplier invoice and report to finance of each entry to inventories of the DC

-        Weekly reconciliation of deliveries to restaurants vs. receipts in point-of-sale system, and validation of differences

-        Reconciliation of restaurant receipts delivered direct from suppliers weekly reporting and reconciliation with supplier invoicing

• Inform Supply Chain, operations and logistics operator (DC) the adding, modifying or removing raw items.
• Analyse quality together with Distribution Center on returned or recovered products in order to determine responsibility for the waste and its cost.
• Build recipes as required by the marketing area, ensure that the systems are correct in terms of recipes, raw item costs, yield, categorization and structure of each raw item.
• Lead the purchasing and ordering process from suppliers through the DC purchasing planning group, determining rotation, safety inventory policy, and inventory management.

SALARY: $TT 11,000.00 per month
