KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of marketing campaigns to generate leads, create product and brand awareness and build customer loyalty. The Brand Officer works closely with sales to analyze business performance data across channels to inform strategy development, ensuring that the brand and vision are upheld and are represented positively.

• Create marketing activities to drive distributor sell-out
• Develop and maintain success metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, including campaign and content ROI, and make strategic adjustments when needed.
• Collate and analyze sales data across markets and channels including digital
• Assist in execution of Marketing Annual Plan to support Annual Business Plan with clear initiatives, budget allocation, timeline & KPIs.
• Manage the brand’s website, eCommerce site, blog and social media channels, hosting relevant content, monitoring and reporting activity and performance, all in keeping with supplier global brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Manage relationships and deliverables with vendors, suppliers, and advertising and PR firms to facilitate collaboration and ensure that these third parties comply with the dealership’s legal requirements.
• Monthly reporting internally and externally.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Marketing or anything equivalent
• Experience in sales analytics will be an asset
• Experience with premium products will be an asset
• Minimum Four (4) years’ Marketing experience
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Superior organization and reporting skills.
• An appropriate combination of qualification and experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSSE.
