WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As the Global Graduate- Human Resources, you’ll build capability in providing analytical support to the HR Team, coordinating key HR activities for employees and representing the HR team in internal and external forums. 

Depending on role assignment, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation/headcount analysis information.
  • Perform research, multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used in areas such as support of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Observe, interview, and survey employees and conduct focus group meetings to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
  • Assist the HRBP-Operations/Organization Pillar Lead in the execution of the Organization Pillar.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the employee recognition programme/platform.
  • Work with GBS re the posting of job vacancies and notification of eligible candidates of position availability.
  • Advise employees on procedures, benefits and organizational policy matters such as confidentiality, security, industrial relations, compensation, recruitment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations as required.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner as required.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge & Experience Required:

    • A minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related discipline.
    • Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and technology.
    • Knowledge of local labour law, Industrial Relations and Corporate Policies.

  Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills demonstrated through prior experience.
  • High Level of Computer Proficiency, with Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • English – Level 3/Operational: Can speak fluently and spontaneously.
  • Spanish – Basic ability to communicate and exchange information in a simple way
  • Global mobility
