Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists with smaller project management tasks, including:
  1. scheduling and overseeing meetings,
  2. conferences,
  3. HR and Recruiting,
  4. training needs
  5. events
  • Participates in the planning of corporate activities as requested.
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Responds to inquiries and provide priority to urgent requests.
  • Create written drafts, then proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with the management and upkeep of regional offices
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Diploma or higher in Secretarial/ Administrative Studies
  • 2 year of Administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with superb accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and solve administrative problems of low to medium complexity.
