Our Client, an organisation in the Energy Sector, is seeking to fill the position of Manager, Transformation
JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager – Transformation will lead the planning, development, integration and execution of strategic transformation initiatives within the organization. He/She will play a key role as a disruptor to normal ways of working by using technology, environmentally friendly and agile solutions to enable business delivery and enhanced employee and key stakeholder experiences. He/She also carries responsibility for the provision of all office accommodation facilities and related administration and welfare services at all sites including non-process area facilities.
The incumbent works closely with the Health, Safety and Environmental unit to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements and is accountable for monitoring and evaluating performance. Likewise, the incumbent will be required to work cross-functionally across the organisation to assist in change management and positive employee experiences.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables to develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and acceptance of transformative initiatives, while assessing and managing risks, issues, and dependencies associated with the transformation projects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Researches industry best practice identifies, develops and recommends new methods of working and emerging technologies related to transformation and change management to meet and/or exceed stakeholders’ expectations in service of enabling delivery of the company’s objectives.
- Plans, coordinates and oversees the execution of all maintenance and improvements to Land, Buildings, Staff Accommodation, the Non-Process area of the Plant and Welfare Facilities at all locations to ensure the effective and efficient layout for an enhanced working environment inclusive of the execution of capital/construction projects (including Brownfield Projects) for all facilities outside of the Process Plant.
- Develops and manages significant third-party service contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures for services related to facilities administration ensuring effective and timely service to user departments.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- A first degree or other equivalent professional qualification from a recognized accredited institution in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Behavioural Science or Business Administration.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with at least five (5) at a senior supervisory level.
- Experience in Change Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or Technology would be an asset.
