 Eligibility:                                          

Attend our “Appointment Only” Open House Interview session and be prepared to complete our onsite assessments and prescreening activities.

• 4 High School passes (to include English Language and a Math related subject)
• Familiarization with computer applications /MS Office suite with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm
• 1 or more year(s) Contact Center experience in required field along with high caliber of execution against targets
• Highly motivated to achieve earning potential and a passionate communicator who effortlessly navigates through rebuttals.
