We are now hiring Call Center Collection Agents to join one of our exciting teams.  In this role you assist customers in finding options to pay their account and set up payment arrangements and plans with them.  Accounts are typically 1 to 180 days past due.  Excellent and comprehensive paid training is provided to new team members.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be self-motivated
• The ability to problem solve creatively
• Must be proficient in time management
• Negotiation skills
• Strong desire to achieve goals
• Basic computer knowledge/skills- including the ability to type 20 WPM- please see our typing tutorial on our Facebook page- Teleperformance Jamaica-as a handy tool to assist you with your typing skills
• Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base
• Works well in team settings
