We are seeking an energetic, customer centric professional to join our team in the capacity of Retail Sales Rep.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To ensure that there is sufficient stock on site in all SKUs.
  2. To continuously monitor stock levels so that where stock in any item runs low an immediate request for stock can be made.
  3. To provide weekly reporting of in store activities.
  4. To maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
  5. To reconcile accounts and balance off on a daily basis.
  6. To deposit all cash daily and maintain proper documentation of all deposits made.
  7. To provide customer insights and recommendations to increase sales.
  8. To meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
  9. To collect and maintain a database of all customers.
  10.  To keep current with all local and major international skin care developments and beauty trends.
  11. To drive sales through customer engagement.
  12. Promotion of retail sales for CGA Products and meeting customer needs.
  13. To keep the kiosk neat and clean with a presentable standard.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • A minimum of Two (2) years Retail Stores experience, preferably in a skin care environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other relevant degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point) applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Email and Internet software.
  • Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
  • Must prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
  • Must effectively manage time and details.
  • Must have the demonstrated ability to develop statistical reports to identify trends and/or problems and establish corrective steps and measures.
  • Must work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have access to a reliable working vehicle at all times.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
To be knowledgeable on the entire Credos Bay portfolio of brands and local competitor brands.
