Primary objective of the job: 

• Responsible for the overachievement of the KPI’s in the assigned parish for all retail functions
• One Parish Manager will be assigned to one or two parish to ensure the channels are supported and effective management can be achieved

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Each parish manager assigned to each region will be responsible in developing strategies and implement execution plans to achieve set KPI’s and sales targets that ensure the success of each parish 
• The parish manager must alignment of the strategy with your key stakeholders to ensure you have their buy in and support
• Creating and managing the relationship with all distributors and wholesalers that are involved in the sales value chain of our products and services
• Creating and managing the relationship with all points of sale in the parish (direct and indirect)
• Growing and maintaining or sales footprint to ensure there is a point of sale within 250m of 85% of the parish population
• Daily analysis of the KPI dashboard provided to the  S&D team
• Ensure that all POS can fully articulate Digicel products and services in a manner that increases the sale of the product or promotion
• Ensure that every POS adheres to the brand guidelines, passes audits and actions are taken to rectify noncompliance
• Management of a sales team of up to 5 - 10 people in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in the area

Academic qualifications and experience required:

• Must  possess an associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Seven + years sales Experience  
• Two years’ experience in a telecoms or similar environment
• Experience of a target driven environment
