The Sales and Marketing Coordinator personnel will be responsible for the conceptualization, creation, development and execution of marketing strategies which would allow Modern Electrical Supplies Limited (MESL) to achieve its Sales and Marketing objectives.
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Directors and Executive Management Team with the development of long term and annual plans with the evaluation and reporting of progress on marketing plans.
Ensure implemented strategic plans achieve set targets; KPI’s and achieve company’s revenue goals.
Research and write discussion reports, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
Providing Monthly Reports summarizing sales programmes on short and long term plans for all Stores.
Provide vision and oversight of efforts to increase market share and growth through developing and executing marketing sales and strategies.
Oversee MESL’s vision regarding specific overall sales targets.
Achieve financial targets and ensure long term profitability by monitoring KPI’s.
Provide vision and leadership in long term fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of MESL
Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, regular variance statements and the annual audit as and when required.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Sales reporting, as well as the ability to interpret information and extrapolate trends
Ability to develop annual strategic business plans
Knowledge in the field of Management Information Systems (GP)
Strong project management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience in Sales and Marketing
Five to ten (5-10) years experience in Technical or Electrical related field.
Formal exposure/experience in strategic planning would be an asset.
