About the Role

As the JWN Academy Manager, you will lead the local branch of the Campari Academy, which trains, engages, and inspires the bar community. Your mission is to build a network of passionate brand advocates by developing and delivering cutting-edge educational programs for bartenders, operators, and trade professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Manage Curriculum: Create and refine training programs that elevate cocktail-making, service, and industry trends.
  • Engage the Bar Community: Lead interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, and develop engaging digital content.
  • Strategic Drink Development: Use your industry expertise to craft drink strategies that align with our local and global brand goals.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee the Academy's budget and operations, ensuring smooth execution of programs.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful training that resonates across the region.
  • Lead Digital Transformation: Expand the Academy’s reach through digital education and social media strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in hospitality management and training.
    • Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering educational content.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Technological proficiency with a focus on modern training tools.
    • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
