• Established stock levels are adequately maintained. • Processing sales request • Process/Prepare payments to suppliers • Maintain an accurate register of all purchases and suppliers

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Competencies

  • Associates Degree in Inventory Management or related field
  • Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and a numeric subject and/ or equivalent certification from a recognised institution.
  • Two (2) years working with an inventory and/or accounting system.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with administrative and office procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & ACCPAC.
  • Strong work ethic and displays a high level of professionalism.
