Inventory/Warehouse Clerk

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inventory management functions of the company in a systematic and efficient manner and to ensure accuracy in the reporting of stock quantities, by adhering to relevant company procedures and policies.

           INVENTORY WAREHOUSE CLERK

Minimum Requirements:

ü  High School graduate with 5 cxc subjects including Mathematics & English language at grade I or II; CAPE subjects (business, numerical)

ü  At least one years’ experience in a similar position,  in a food manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage

ü  Possess a valid Food Handlers’ Permit.

ü  Training in HACCP awareness and good manufacturing practices

ü  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

ü  Working knowledge of measurements and conversion factors

ü  High levels of concentration, comprehension and awareness

ü  Operating and handling factory equipment used on the job

ü  Knowledge of inventory management programmes.
