Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage procurement, maintain stock records, reconcile inventory, and conduct audits. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of inventory systems required. Retail experience is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing procurement, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining smooth inventory operations. You will work closely with suppliers, review invoices, prepare purchase orders, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure everything is in order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source goods at the best prices and negotiate with suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for discrepancies
  • Track inventory levels and perform physical counts
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances
  • Work with management to maintain accurate inventory records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 CSEC passes (including numeric subjects)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in inventory or warehouse control is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
