Role Overview

As an Inventory Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in managing inventory processes while ensuring a safe and organized warehouse. Your contributions will help optimize efficiency and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels daily, report shortages, and assist with replenishment.
• Receive, unpack, verify, label, and shelve incoming inventory.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings to the inventory supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse organization and uphold safety standards.
• Prepare for and participate in the annual stock count.
• Stay updated on new products and changes in inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve related tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, logistics, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with data analysis.
