Invemtory System Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process requests to receive, move, and adjust inventory within the company’s systems for distribution operations.
• Accurately input and maintain inventory costs in the inventory management systems.
• Organize, log, file, and dispatch all relevant documentation related to stock movements and adjustments.
• Handle inventory transfers to and from the van sales team.
• Set up and execute data entries required for stock-taking exercises.
• Perform other inventory-related system management tasks as assigned by the team supervisor or department manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, MIS, record-keeping, or a computer-based field.

Working Relationships and Special Conditions

• Collaborates as a member of the Finance team.
• Works closely with logistics, marketing, customer service, and security teams.
• May be required to work outside regular business hours, including weekends and shifts.
