Internal Auditor

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team and play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our processes and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of financial reports and systems.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and governance risks.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance efficiency by developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and that assets are well protected.
• Prepare audit findings and present actionable recommendations to management and the Board.
• Work with external auditors to ensure a comprehensive audit process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CIA is preferred.
• Proven experience in risk management, internal controls, and auditing in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
