Job Summary 

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support initiatives focused on revenue growth, customer experience enhancement, documentation, and relationship management wuth the Victoria Mutual Building Society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Support: Assist in providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to support efforts in promoting banking products and services,  and assisting with client follow-ups.
  • Referrals Calling:Conduct outreach to existing clients to gather referrals and feedback, helping to expand our customer base and enhance client relationships.
  • Documentation:Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation related to customer accounts, transactions, and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Onboarding Support: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new members, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to navigate banking services effectively.
