The Role
Responds to incoming calls and service walk-in customers
Provides information on product pricing, terms of payment and availability to all customers
Reviews quotations and follows up on potential sales
Processes customer orders and maintains new and existing product knowledge
Makes recommendations for business solutions in response to client queries
Obtains full and complete information from customers regarding product needs and coordinates “on-time” delivery
Compiles and maintains database of existing customers
The Preferred Candidate:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or tertiary training in Information Technology
Has a minimum of 2 years related work experience in sales
Has strong organizational and communication skills
Is able to interface professionally with persons at all levels
Is able to work in a high-stressed environment without losing control or professionalism when dealing with customers and team members
Is highly motivated, credible and confident
