We are looking for a Industrial Zone Manager.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JAMAICA INDUSTRIAL ZONE ENGINEER POSITION

 Technical direction of the maintenance of the Industrial Zone assets and urbanization.

 Management of urbanization maintenance in terms of gardening and cleaning.

 Technical direction of the operation of the assets of Industrial Zone and urbanization

 Technical management of refurbishment works in Industrial Zone and urbanization

 Detection of improvement points in the facilities, their maintenance or operation

 Preparation of annual CAPEX

 Monitoring of energy indicators

 Monitoring and control of maintenance and operating costs

 Follow-up and control of costs and renovation execution deadlines

 OPEX procurement management

 Ensure regulatory inspections are carried out within legal deadlines

 Maintain updated asset and facility documentation (machine files and as-built drawings, as well as

and as-built drawings, contingency plans, inspections)

 Report status and incidents to corporate facilities management.

 Company MV electrical connection (JPS)

 Industrial Zone and urbanization transformer substations

 Solar photovoltaic installation of Industrial Zone

 Solar photovoltaic installation for hotel

 Industrial Zone and hotel emergency groups

 Industrial Zone Low Voltage Electrical Panels

 Low Voltage electrical installations for power supply to production equipment in Industrial Zone and hotel (thermal).
