In-House Sales Clerk
The In-House Sales Clerk will perform a variety of duties to the company’s sales department. To be successful in this role, you should be well organized, have great time management skills, need to have great communication skills, and be able to work without supervision. Ultimately you will contribute to the efficiency of our company by providing professional, personalized and timely support to our sales department.
IN-HOUSE SALES CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION
♦ Telemarketing, sales activities and promotions.
♦ Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
♦ Managing information flows in a timely and accurate manner.
♦ Providing support to the company’s internal and external customers.
♦ Maintain a high level of professionalism to both internal and external customers.
♦ Preparing Quotations.
♦ Arranging Bookings.
♦ Co-ordination of shipments from origin to destination and relevant follow actions.
♦ Updates to clients.
♦ Any other related function assigned by management.
